Legal and nonlegal service boundaries

True Meridian Advisory is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation or legal advice. Mediation, estate-planning preparation, Launch Packet services, and related coordination are nonlegal in nature.

TMA does not select, draft, complete, interpret, or determine the legal sufficiency of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, settlement agreements, or other legal instruments. Legal recommendations, drafting, review, and advice remain the responsibility of licensed counsel.

A mediator facilitates discussion and does not act as legal counsel for either party. Communications with TMA are not protected by attorney-client privilege merely because they concern a legal matter.

Training, consulting, and emergency limitations

Training and consulting cannot eliminate all risk or guarantee a particular result. Recommendations depend on the agreed scope and the information reasonably available during the engagement.

Course completion, certification, cards, and employer documentation depend on the selected program’s requirements and successful completion. The course provider, format, participant arrangements, and applicable credential are confirmed before booking.

Privacy and initial inquiries

Information submitted through this website is used to review and respond to the inquiry, discuss requested services, and maintain ordinary business records. TMA does not sell inquiry information or use it for unrelated third-party marketing.

The public inquiry forms are processed by FormSubmit and delivered to TMA’s Proton Mail account. FormSubmit and Proton operate under their own privacy and security terms. Visitors who prefer not to use the website form may email truemeridianadvisory@proton.me directly.

Please do not submit medical records, government identification numbers, financial-account information, legal documents, or confidential case details through an initial website inquiry. If sensitive records become necessary after the scope is discussed, TMA will arrange an appropriate method of exchange.
